MULTI MILLET NOODLES: We make authentic multi millet noodles by mixing the Fibre rich whole wheat flour with finger millet, kodo millet, pearl millet, foxtail millet, little millet and make Noodles. For instance, our Multi Millet Noodles contain various millet and wheat flour added with a pinch of salt and Nothing else.
STEAM BAKED NOODLES: Unlike the Instant noodles available in the market, that are fried in the palm and other vegetable oils.Our Noodles are baked in steam and that makes our product Cholesterol free.
INGREDIENTS: MULTI MILLET NOODLES : Finger Millet, Kodo Millet, Pearl Millet, Foxtail Millet, Little Millet, Wheat Flour, Salt and water.
Masala Paste : Corn Flour, Fried Gram, Sugar, Salt, Chilli, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Turmeric, Star Anise, Poppy Seed, Asafoetida Powder, Cassia, Cloves and Nutmeg.
SMALL BATCH PROCESSED: We take utmost efforts to manufacture our products in small batches. This will help us to maintain the freshness of the products and ship the freshly prepared products to the consumers without keeping in the inventory for months.
SUGGESTED USE: Boil 1.5 litre water for 5 to 6 minutes. Add 200g vegimaa multi millet noodles and a spoon of oil and boil for further 6 minutes. Filter excess water in boiled noodles and add cold water to it. Ten drain the water. Add oil in a hot pan and fry the chopped onions, capsicum carrot and beans. Add noodles masala and salute on medium flame. Then add boiled vegimaa noodles along with it and salute well. If necessary as a required amount of salt.
MSG FREE (Mono Sodium Glutamate Free) : We are happy to share with you that our masala has no added Monosodium Glutamate (MSG) in it and this makes the product very safe for kids and health conscious consumers.
SPICE PACK INSIDE: We have developed an authentic mix of seasonings that goes well with the vegetable noodles. We have not used any chemicals in the seasoning masala pack.
