Grenera-Style Pasta Veggie Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 200 g Grenera Whole Multi Millet Pasta
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • ½ red capsicum, diced
  • 1 carrot, thinly sliced
  • 1 small cucumber, chopped
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tbsp Grenera Flaxseed (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Grenera Chia Seeds (optional, for crunch)
  • Fresh basil or parsley

For the Dressing:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp honey (or organic maple syrup)

Method

1.    Cook pasta until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
